1. Agreement and Acceptance

By subscribing to any Aroar Digital Website Hosting and Maintenance Plan (Classic, Plus, or Platinum), the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Subscription to a plan indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Aroar Digital offers three website hosting and maintenance plans:

• Classic Plan ($88 per month inc. GST): Includes WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates; monthly website and maintenance report; regular backups; and premium Australian hosting. No content, photo, or design updates are included.

• Plus Plan ($132 per month inc. GST): Includes everything in the Classic Plan, plus 30 minutes of updates and troubleshooting per month.

• Platinum Plan ($176 per month inc. GST): Includes everything in the Classic Plan, plus 60 minutes of updates and troubleshooting per month.

All plans include hosting on a specialised WordPress platform built on AWS, offering high performance, security, and reliability. Alternatively, clients may choose their own separate hosting and receive only the maintenance services, with fees remaining unchanged.

Additional support and updates outside of included hours are available at $110 per hour + GST (or $130 per hour + GST for the Classic Plan, or $120 + GST for the Plus Plan).

3. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the first day of each month. Payment is required within 7 days of invoice. Non-payment beyond 30 days results in suspension of your website and hosting. Reactivation occurs after payment is made.
  
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice to the client.

4. Cancellation, Migration, and Refund Policy

• The client may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ written notice.
• Clients are free to migrate their WordPress website to a different hosting provider at any time, but are responsible for the migration process and any associated costs.
• Cancellations made after the billing date will not receive a refund for that month.
• If cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of subscription, a refund will be issued minus any work completed.

5. Additional Work and Hourly Rates

• Any work outside the included maintenance and support time will be quoted before commencement and billed at $110 per hour + GST (or $130 per hour + GST for the Classic Plan, or $120 per hour + GST for the Plus Plan).
• Unused included support hours do not roll over to the next month.

6. Liability and Indemnity

• Aroar Digital is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, data loss, or security breaches associated with hosting services.
• The client is responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to all content hosted on their website.

7. Modifications to Terms

Aroar Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
